HB1388 - Prohibits a person from operating a motorcycle or motortricyle while carrying a passenger 10 years of age or younger
HB1393 - Requires only operators or riders of motorcycles and motortricycles who are younger than 21 years of age to wear protective headgear
HB1428 - Changes the laws regarding mitigation of damages when the plaintiff was not wearing a safety belt
HB1442 - Creates the crime of motorcycle stunt driving
HB1447 - Allows noncharter counties to adopt certain noise ordinances
HB1459 - Requires every applicant for a motorcycle license or endorsement to show proof that he or she has successfully completed an approved motorcycle training course
HB1492 - Raises the legal driving age from 16 to 18 years and the age to obtain an instruction permit from 15 to 17 years
HB1532 - Allows motorcycle headlamps to be wired to modulate either the upper beam or lower beam from its maximum intensity to lesser intensity and establishes modulation standards
HB1533 - Creates an affirmative defense for a person operating a motorcycle who enters or crosses an intersection controlled by a traffic signal against a red light under certain circumstances
HB1605 - Allows an applicant to present a photocopy of his or her birth certificate, along with another form of approved identification, in order to prove lawful presence for driver's license purposes
HB1800 - Establishes additional requirements for individuals younger than 18 years of age to obtain an intermediate driver's license
HB1910 - Exempts first classification counties from the procedural requirements when establishing regulations related solely to speed limits
HB1926 - Exempts most new vehicles assembled and sold in Missouri from any state or local sales or use tax
HB1996 - Prohibits insurers from assigning a percentage of fault to a party based solely upon the fact that the party was operating a motorcycle in an otherwise legal manner
HB2046 - Requires school districts to offer a driver's education course to students 15 years of age or older and allows certain students who complete the course to apply for a license at 17 years of age
HB2078 - Prohibits the issuance of a driver's license or termporary permit to any person 15 to 18 years of age if a school submits information that the student is not in compliance with the eligibility standards
HB2146 - Allows noncharter counties to adopt certain noise ordinances

SB761 - Dead Red Bill, Modifies various laws relating to transportation and the regulation of motor vehicles
SB884 - Modified Missouri's seat belt law by making it applicable to all passengers and allows for primary enforcement
SB909 - Modifies requirements pertaining to petition circulators
SB955 - Allows motor vehicle owners to receive refunds for unused registration fees under certain conditions
SB1053 - Imposes additional penalties for intoxication-related traffic offenses
SB1055 - Reinstates the Motorist Insurance Identification Database program
SB1067 - Exempts persons 21 years of age or older from wearing protective headgear except when operating or riding motorcycles upon interstate  highways
